About the Role
Kantar is the world’s leading data, insights and consulting company, specialising in audience measurement, consumer targeting and in-depth intelligence into paid, owned and earned media. As a Quality Coordinator within Kantar Media, you will work across all business units in the UK to support quality management and continuous improvement efforts. Your role will focus on ensuring operational excellence and process improvement through the implementation, maintenance, and alignment of the Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO standards, alongside supporting the Continuous Improvement (CI) Programme.

Key responsibilities include raising awareness of quality management through training and information distribution, coordinating a network of Quality Champions, managing the internal audit programme, supporting risk assessments, KPI tracking and reporting, process documentation, and action plan implementation. You will also provide administrative support for issue management, analyse QMS performance data, organise annual external assessments, and assist teams in preparing for ISO recertification. Additionally, you will coordinate and support Continuous Improvement Agents and contribute to CI programme management and reporting.

Requirements

Experience
- Knowledge of quality management systems and their implementation (ISO 9001)
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
- Desirable: experience conducting internal audits and risk assessments
- Desirable: knowledge of ISO 20252 market research standard
- Desirable: knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements
- Desirable: experience using MS online tools such as SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI
