Starting salary £30,455 per annum dependant on experience. Plus £1,300 per annum Essential Car User Allowance

About the Role
Join our Passive Fire Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) on a fixed term basis as a Reactive Planner. You will be part of a dedicated team responsible for inspecting Front Entry doors annually to ensure compliance with current fire safety requirements and maintain clear, effective processes.
As the planner, you will allocate work to the team and coordinate bookings with residents on site. Your role is vital in arranging follow-on works to ensure efficient service delivery, logging data and notes on the computer system for smooth handover and communication, and passing relevant information to all stakeholders.
You will prioritise and schedule emergency jobs, monitor emails, adhere to service level agreements (SLAs), and escalate any issues to the supervisor or Passive Works Manager. You will coordinate the planning and scheduling of Passive Technicians across the L&Q estate, managing diaries and timetables to ensure timely completion of fire safety works.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to delivering a high-impact service to residents and reducing overdue actions. You will report to the Passive Works Supervisor and work closely with the Passive Fire Safety Team.

Experience
- Proven ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Repairs and Maintenance knowledge is essential
- Front line Customer Service experience
- Experience with DRS/Opti-time systems is essential
