About the Role
We are recruiting for a Reception & Switchboard Operator to join our amazing team of 4 at a prestigious international law firm client site in the City of London. You will be part of a vibrant team of three ambassadors, owning the guest journey and flow of the reception area. With an exciting site move upcoming, the role will expand to cover two client floors plus a ground-floor reception featuring state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a dedicated client dining space, and a large, high-profile event venue supporting 460 employees. Your team will be the voice and face of the building, handling all switchboard calls and managing reservations with seamless desk-to-desk support. You will also collaborate closely with hospitality partners to ensure every catering request is delivered flawlessly. Experience
Experience in the guest services industry is required, ideally with knowledge of the corporate/legal front-of-house environment. A good understanding of computerised room booking systems is essential.
