About the Role
Rightangled is a dynamic and fast-growing online pharmacy that prioritises customer care and innovation in healthcare delivery. We are committed to providing customers a seamless, safe, and efficient service, offering prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and personalised healthcare services. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients, clients, and visitors.
As the Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and supporting various administrative tasks. You will work closely with the rest of the Rightangled team to deliver a professional and friendly service that reflects our commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presents a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages, directing enquiries to the appropriate department or team member and providing information where appropriate
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
- Support other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle outgoing correspondence, and manage deliveries
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and maintain confidentiality with patient and company information
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role, ideally within a healthcare or customer service setting.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a warm and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
- A welcoming and approachable attitude, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling patient information and scheduling appointments
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and demands
Qualifications
No specific qualifications required beyond relevant experience and skills, but a background in healthcare or customer service is advantageous.
