Recruitment Administrator
Location
Based at our central office in White City, London (EdCity, 1 Edcity Walk, London, W12 7TF). The office is located in a dynamic education hub within an evolving creative and learning campus in the heart of White City. It is a short walk from White City (Central line) and Wood Lane (Circle & Hammersmith & City lines) stations, with excellent bus connections.
Hours
Part-time, 14.8 hours per week (2 days).
Salary
£28,000 - £30,000 (full-time equivalent), £11,200 - £12,000 (pro-rata), plus well-being cash plan, pension scheme (LGPS), and additional Lift Schools benefits.
About the Role
Join our friendly and supportive Recruitment team of ten as a Recruitment Administrator, playing a vital role in attracting and welcoming outstanding colleagues across our schools and central team. Reporting directly to the Associate Talent Resourcing Partner, you will be key in advertising roles, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Your responsibilities will include posting and updating job adverts across platforms, supporting candidate communication from initial queries through onboarding, assisting with interview scheduling and preparation of interview packs, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and providing administrative support to keep recruitment processes running smoothly.

Experience
Experience in recruitment and/or HR administration is required.

Qualifications
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable but not essential.
