About the Role
As a Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor at the House of Lords, you will play an important role in supporting the UK’s parliamentary democracy. Your work will help Members carry out their responsibilities effectively, contributing to something bigger than any one role. You will be part of a collaborative community, working alongside colleagues from a wide range of professions to make Parliament happen.
Based on the Parliamentary Estate in Westminster, you will deliver a professional, inclusive, and efficient recruitment and onboarding service. You will manage recruitment campaigns end to end, working closely with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience, fair processes, and successful appointments across diverse professions and teams.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the organisation, providing expert advice and guidance, delivering recruitment training, and helping managers build confidence in recruitment best practice. In addition to supporting day-to-day recruitment and onboarding activity, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of policies, processes, and systems, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, compliance, and the overall candidate experience.

Experience
- Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, delivering a professional, efficient, and customer-focused service to managers, employees, and candidates.
- Providing advice, guidance, and support to managers and stakeholders to help them make informed recruitment decisions.
