About the Role
Nokwol UK Limited is entering an exciting phase of growth with an ambitious retail store rollout planned over the next 12 months. We are seeking a hands-on Regional Manager who thrives in fast-paced retail environments and is eager to learn every aspect of multi-site retail management. You will work closely with senior leadership to gain experience in store operations, recruitment, new store openings, performance management, commercial planning, and people development. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the future of Nokwol's retail network.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the performance and operations of stores across the region, acting as a point of support and coaching for Store Managers and their teams.
- Ensure stores consistently deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Assist with identifying and implementing operational improvements.
- Play a leading role in Nokwol's aggressive store expansion programme, supporting site launches, store setup, merchandising, staffing, and opening activities.
- Travel to new locations as required during store opening periods.
- Help establish operational processes and best practices for new stores.
- Coach and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Support recruitment and onboarding for new and existing stores.
- Assist in building succession plans and developing future retail leaders.
- Promote a positive, energetic, and high-performance culture.
- Support stores in achieving sales, profitability, and productivity targets.
- Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to drive growth.
- Assist in implementing promotions, campaigns, and local business initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive accountability.
- Lead by example, stepping into stores when additional support is needed.
- Assist with resolving operational challenges and customer issues.
- Be visible and engaged with teams across the region.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure stock accuracy and achieve shrinkage targets.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support successful implementation and adoption of new retail systems and operational tools.
- Identify process improvements that increase efficiency and support business growth.
- Contribute to building scalable retail operations capable of supporting Nokwol's expansion programme.
