About the Role
As the Regional Portfolio Manager, you will oversee the completion of quality assurance and quality control reviews, supporting the progress of design drawings, specifications, and documents throughout the engineering design process to ensure regulatory and legal compliance. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Design Engineering, Data Center Supply Solution (DCSS), Power and Cooling (PAC), Security, Controls, and Commissioning to build data centers that directly support our customers. Additionally, you will engage with external design consultants and stakeholders.
Your responsibilities include managing multiple projects' engineering documentation workflows, ensuring quality and contract compliance, coordinating specifications and design drawings, and supporting Regional Engineering Managers in tracking documentation completion at various design phases and construction handoffs. You will also manage project archiving, naming standards, and version control, lead training initiatives on portfolio management platforms, prepare progress reports and KPIs, and drive process improvements.
This role requires managing a portfolio of new capacity delivery projects across Hybrid, Colo (MTB/STB), and Edge data centers, conducting audits to ensure process adherence, and supporting regional quarterly business reviews. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, Owner's project management representative, or in other commercial development and construction disciplines
- Proven experience managing technical documents using office software such as Autodesk BIM360, Bluebeam, Salesforce, and Procore
- Experience with design, construction, operation, or maintenance of mission critical facilities, especially data centers (preferred)
- Experience in project control (cost and/or schedule) and construction programme formulation for infrastructure and mission critical projects (preferred)
- Familiarity with collaborative management systems including Salesforce, BIM, Procore, and SharePoint (preferred)
About You
Detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong communication and document writing skills. Able to manage high volumes of documentation review while exercising sound judgment in stakeholder engagement. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating across multiple technical teams. Demonstrates leadership in driving process improvements and training initiatives. Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
