About the Role
Join Maria Mallaband Care Group as a Registered Nurse and be empowered to deliver exceptional care every day. This role requires a qualified Registered General Nurse with nursing home experience, strong leadership skills, and excellent knowledge of dementia and complex care. You will be responsible for medication administration, care planning, and providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents. As a key advocate, you will ensure dignity and safety, lead shifts as Nurse in charge, manage teams, and liaise with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams. Your role also includes upholding clinical governance standards, infection prevention and control, and maintaining safeguarding principles. Experience with PCS system and medication management is essential.

Experience
Essential nursing home experience as a Registered General Nurse. Experience with syringe driver, catheterisation, bloods, PEG feeding, and stoma care is highly desirable.

You demonstrate compassion, dedication, and commitment to enhancing residents' quality of life. Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and care planning skills are required. You communicate effectively, pay close attention to detail, and are eager to continuously develop your clinical skills. Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobility is necessary.

Qualifications
A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
