About the Role
This role is available for qualified nurses only. Join Maria Mallaband Care Group as a Registered Nurse and be empowered to deliver exceptional care every day. You will play a vital role in advocating for residents by planning daily activities, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring individual needs and choices are met. Your leadership will promote dignity and safety, while serving as a role model to colleagues and providing purpose to those living with us.

Key responsibilities include medication administration and care planning, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support, maintaining safeguarding principles, taking responsibility as Nurse in charge during shifts, team management and shift planning, infection prevention and control, liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams, and upholding clinical governance standards.

Experience with PCS system, medication management, and strong leadership skills are important. A good understanding of dementia and complex care is desirable but not essential.

Experience
Nursing home experience is desirable but not essential. Previous experience in the role is ideal but not required. Whether newly qualified or experienced, tailored training and development support will be provided.

Qualifications
A nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC.
A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
