Hours
Full time position.
Salary
Up to £48,000 per annum, plus commission.
About the Role
Kooth PLC is on a mission to remove barriers to mental health support through technology, providing personalised digital mental health care to over 18 million users across the UK and US. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of around 10 existing contracts across ICBs in London, Kent and Medway. Your role will focus on retaining and growing this book of business while identifying new opportunities within the region. This is a commercially-minded, consultative position where you will work closely with ICBs to ensure Kooth and Qwell's services align with local priorities for children, young people, and adults. You will help ensure access to the right mental health support through various community pathways including schools, the NHS, local authorities, and employment services. Rather than traditional selling, you will engage by asking insightful questions, understanding gaps in local provision, and demonstrating how Kooth and Qwell can address those needs effectively.
Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Relationship Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar client-facing role. Good working knowledge of the NHS is preferred; however, candidates from other industries with transferable experience are welcome. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.
About you
Positive attitude and high work ethic. Strong consultative skills with the ability to ask open questions, challenge assumptions, and identify service gaps. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence engaging senior NHS stakeholders. Commercially aware with strong numeracy skills and understanding of contract value, renewal, and growth metrics. Ability to build and maintain trusted partnerships rather than traditional sales relationships.
Qualifications
No specific qualifications are mandated for this role, but a solid understanding of the NHS, particularly ICBs and local healthcare priorities, is essential. Awareness of current healthcare challenges and community priorities is highly desirable.
