About the Role

Experience
- Minimum 3 years' MSK physiotherapy experience (UK based)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate at an intermediate level, including use of electronic patient management systems
- Demonstrable skills in subjective and objective assessment of MSK conditions
- Familiarity and confidence in assessing and coaching patients via video link
- Ability to work individually and within a team, fostering good working relationships
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and ability to work under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deescalate potential complaints and build excellent rapport
- Awareness of and commitment to supporting diversity and inclusion

Qualifications
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC and CSP registration

- Further qualifications, training, or CPD within Occupational Health
- Experience in health coaching and diary management
- Experience managing a large caseload
- Experience in corporate healthcare
- Previous remote working experience
