About the Role
The Rent & Service Charge Manager will provide effective leadership aligned with our values of customer focus, appreciation of differences, accountability, and empowerment. You will lead all aspects of Hexagon’s rent and service charge management for our residential and small portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for consultation with leaseholders and other homeowners. Key responsibilities include adopting a coaching style to support and motivate your team, maximizing income recovery, and ensuring that rent and service charges are set and managed in line with all relevant requirements. You will also develop and deliver the annual plan related to rent and service charge activities and manage the associated budgets.

Experience
Proven experience in rent and service charge management, with a strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.

You are a motivated leader with excellent communication skills, capable of coaching and developing your team. You have a strong focus on compliance, data accuracy, and business performance.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, housing management, or a related field is desirable. Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management are essential.
