About the Role
As a Repairs and Voids Administrator Apprentice at Town and Country Housing, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs to ensure that a suitably qualified operative is assigned to every repair or inspection. You will undertake follow-up work as required on behalf of the operative to ensure a satisfactory conclusion to appointments. You will be dedicated to providing an excellent standard of service to the organisation's customers.
During your apprenticeship, you will dedicate at least 20% of your working hours to training and studying by attending training sessions, workshops, and meetings to gain essential knowledge in the field. You will participate in both off and on-the-job training to apply your learning in real-world scenarios, enhancing your practical skills and understanding. You will complete assignments, assessments, and coursework to fulfil the programme's requirements.
You will engage in 1:1 sessions and performance reviews, receiving mentoring and support from experienced professionals to help you succeed. There will be opportunities for career development within the company, exploring potential growth and advancement. At the end of your apprenticeship, you will complete a final end point assessment to demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and competence.
If you have not yet achieved a Level 2 in Functional Skills in maths and English (or equivalent, such as GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4), you will be required to complete these qualifications during your apprenticeship.

Experience
No prior experience is explicitly required; however, a commitment to learning and delivering excellent customer service is essential.
About you
You should be dedicated to providing excellent service, motivated to learn, and able to work well within a team. You must be 18 or older at the start of the apprenticeship. You must have the right to work in the UK and meet eligibility criteria for apprenticeship funding, including residency requirements and not holding a qualification at the same or higher level in the same subject.
Qualifications
If you have not yet achieved Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (or equivalent such as GCSEs at grades A-C/9-4), you will be required to complete these during your apprenticeship.
