About the Role
Think Stylist, part of the DC Thomson media and publishing company, is a cultural insight consultancy focused on decoding the lives, mindsets, and behaviours of modern women. We help brands keep pace with a fast-evolving audience by blending editorial instinct with real-time data and analysis to turn cultural understanding into relevance, innovation, and growth. The Research Assistant will join our small, ambitious insight team based in our London office on Fleet Street, playing a pivotal role in shaping the quality of our thinking, output, and commercial success.

This hands-on role combines community building, research analysis, and delivery. You will take ownership of our research communities, ensuring high-quality data and engagement, and support insight projects from design through to delivery. You will also help evolve our use of AI tools to track, analyse, and surface trends at scale, ensuring our insight creates real commercial opportunity.

Key responsibilities include:
- Community & Panel Management: Own and evolve the Think Stylist research panel by managing onboarding, engagement, retention, communications, and panel health monitoring.
- Insight Collective (Thinkfluencers): Lead our community of culturally engaged women, manage relationships, review contributions, identify trends, produce monthly insight reports, create engaging content, and coordinate payments and scheduling.
- Research Delivery & Insight Support: Support insight projects across their lifecycle including survey scripting, data analysis, AI-assisted synthesis, and report creation.
- AI & Insight Innovation: Support and experiment with AI tools to improve insight generation and research workflows.
- Commercial & Growth Support: Assist in translating insight into commercial opportunities through research, lead sourcing, outreach support, and identifying potential opportunities.

We are a small team doing culturally relevant work with real responsibility from day one, supported to grow quickly and surrounded by people passionate about creating impactful insight that genuinely reflects women’s lives.
