As a Restaurant Manager at Sam’s, you will be a key part of the day-to-day leadership team, supporting smooth service, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive hospitality. You will oversee shifts with confidence, manage bookings and floor plans, and work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep operations running seamlessly. This role is ideal for someone organised, people-focused, and ready to advance their hospitality leadership career.

Experience
Proven stable background working in a busy, high-end restaurant and/or bar environment.
