This is a hands-on, field-based role involving visits to stores and activation sites, coaching Brand Ambassadors and contractors, assessing campaign standards, and building strong relationships with store teams. Our clients include household names such as Tesco, Coca-Cola, and Superdrug.
Essential Accountabilities

Carry out regular quality assurance visits to stores and activation sites, assessing campaign execution, standards, and contractor performance. Coach, support, and provide clear feedback to Brand Ambassadors and contractors to help them deliver excellent results. Liaise with store teams and site contacts to support smooth campaign delivery and strong working relationships. Gather and report feedback on contractor performance, campaign delivery, equipment use, and site visits. Work closely with internal teams to resolve contractor issues, report incidents, complete audits, and support quality reviews. Support online and in-person briefings to ensure contractors are confident, prepared, and aligned with client expectations. Assist with recruitment and selection activities for Event Managers, Brand Ambassadors, and Quality Assurance staff in your area. Represent N2O professionally in client interactions and contribute ideas to improve campaign quality and operational delivery.
Experience
Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting field-based teams to improve performance. Background in quality assurance, training, event management, retail sales, field marketing, or brand activation. About you
Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-focused, with the confidence to work independently from home and on the road.
