About the Role
Lead with confidence and grow your career as an Assistant Store Manager at Superdrug. You will work alongside the Store Manager to recruit, inspire and motivate a passionate team to exceed targets. Drive sales through promotions, excellent merchandising, and stock control. Create a fun, engaging environment for both customers and colleagues while ensuring operational excellence including audits, budgets, and stock management. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a dynamic retail environment focused on health and beauty.

Experience
Previous experience in retail management, ideally 1+ years.

About you
Passion for customer service and sales. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. A results-driven mindset with a love for hitting targets. Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (full training provided, optional).
