Location
South East London and surrounding regional areas including Dunstable, Reddish, Loughborough, Cwmbran, and Livingston for induction/training and kit collections.

Hours
8-hour days, Monday to Friday, on a flexible project basis during busy periods in 2026.

Salary
£16.25 per hour plus expenses (fuel, parking, etc.)

About the Role
Join Momentum Instore Installations as a Retail Beauty Merchandiser working with leading beauty brands such as L’Oréal Paris, NYX Professional Makeup, Max Factor, Rimmel, and Maybelline. This flexible, project-based role involves refreshing and re-sequencing makeup stands in major high street retailers according to detailed planograms. You will install new components, update visuals and graphics, and ensure stands are fresh and inviting for customers. Training will be provided and paid before Christmas, with work starting in January 2026. You will collect kits from your local depot (paid time) and be supported with uniform, PPE, and a company van for business use (insurance requires drivers to be 21+). This is an excellent opportunity to earn money before Christmas and enjoy flexible work throughout the year.

Experience
Retail environment experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

About you
Enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic. You should be able to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately. A flexible approach to project-based work and availability during the busy January period is important.

Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this role. A valid driving licence and being aged 21 or over is necessary to drive the company van provided for business use.
