About the Role
Are you a passionate Retail Sous Chef seeking a better work–life balance? You will support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen, prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard, and supervise, support, and motivate junior kitchen team members. You will ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards, assist with menu development, stock control, and ordering, and maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to develop their skills within contract catering. Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable, ideally within retail or contract catering.

Qualifications
