Collaboration with Visual Merchandising and Facilities teams will ensure a safe, compliant, and inviting showroom environment that showcases our products to the highest standards. You will engage with Partnering 4 Performance to shape personal objectives and development plans, adhere to company policies and procedures, and stay commercially aware of factors impacting business and customer experience.
Utilising Oak Furnitureland systems, you will process customer information compliantly and encourage a seamless omnichannel customer journey by recommending digital resources and marketing tools to support informed purchase decisions.
