About the Role
We have a full-time permanent position available for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist to join our Nespresso pop-up boutique in Battersea Power Station. You will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance. Your key responsibilities include welcoming customers and adapting to their needs, supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee, and delivering service-oriented sales that promote our unique brand experience. As a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso, you will contribute to the growing success of a brand synonymous with quality and innovation. Nespresso’s mission is to enable anyone to create the perfect cup of espresso coffee, just like a skilled barista, offering the highest quality coffees for both 'In Home' and 'Out Of Home' consumers. Experience
Previous retail experience is required, ideally from a luxury background. However, candidates from other industries with the required skill set will also be considered.
