About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our Nespresso boutique at One New Change. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent boutique performance. You will welcome customers, adapt to their needs, and support them in finding their perfect cup of coffee while promoting the unique Nespresso brand experience. As a proud ambassador of Nespresso, you will contribute to the ongoing success of a brand synonymous with luxury, innovation, and sustainability. Experience
Previous retail experience is required, ideally within a luxury environment. However, candidates from other industries with the relevant skill set will also be considered.

Confident and charismatic with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to rapidly build strong working relationships with customers and be willing to support the team where needed. A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
