About the Role
We have a full-time (40 hours a week) permanent position available for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist to join our Nespresso pop-up boutique in White City. You will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance. Key responsibilities include welcoming customers and adapting to their needs, supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee, delivering service-oriented sales, and promoting the unique Nespresso brand experience. As a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso, you will contribute to the growing success of the brand known for quality and innovation in espresso coffee.

Experience
Retail experience is required, ideally from a luxury background, though candidates from other industries with the required skill-set will be considered.
