About the Role
Are you an experienced supervisor passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting your team? We are seeking a permanent Retail Store Supervisor to join our Wellbeing Hub at Westfield White City. You will play a key role in building a NEOM Wellbeing community, delivering unforgettable customer events, and supporting customer outreach while promoting the learning and development of your team.
As a vital member of the retail team, you will assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and local commercial strategy. You will take full ownership of the store and team in the Store Manager’s absence, lead by example, and ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and visual merchandising are maintained.
You will organise and support in-store and field events to promote NEOM as a brand, working alongside partnering businesses. Training and coaching current and new team members will be a key part of your role. You will also proactively contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, colleagues, community, and customers.
This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, works well in a team, reacts positively to change, and maintains professionalism at all times.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a Retail Supervisor role, preferably within the Health & Beauty industry.
