We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to join our dynamic Retail team in Central London. In this role, you will ensure the smooth running of the department alongside the Assistant Restaurant Manager, deputising in their absence. Responsibilities include assisting with rotas and holiday planning, scheduling and administrative duties, advocating sound financial and business decision-making, and driving constant innovation.
You will foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and cooperation, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting. Providing excellent customer service, promoting sales through upselling and promotions, and ensuring menus and signage are accurate are key aspects of the role.
Additional duties include monitoring waste and portion control to support environmental impact goals, supervising and coordinating restaurant team members, handling customer complaints professionally, identifying training needs, and ensuring compliance with all restaurant policies, safety protocols, and legal training requirements.

Experience
- Previous supervisory experience managing a team in a fast-paced, pressured environment
