About the Role
Join Superdrug Head Office and make a real difference every day! As a Retail Systems Testing Administrator, you will execute end-to-end promotional testing for each event, running structured testing of all promotional activity ahead of go-live to ensure promotions perform correctly at the till. Your responsibilities include detailed till-based validation of promotions by scanning products on test tills, validating correct discount application, offer triggering, and expected customer outcomes.

You will validate a wide range of promotional mechanics including multibuy, bundle, threshold, and loyalty-based promotions such as 3 for 2, BOGOF, and spend & save, covering different transaction scenarios and quantities. You will proactively detect scanning errors, incorrect discounts, or conflicting offers and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution.

Prioritising testing activity based on risk and complexity, you will use structured priority lists to focus on high-risk or complex promotions and ensure efficient use of the testing window. You will record and track testing outcomes, documenting test results, scenarios, and issues using team trackers to maintain a clear audit trail of validation activity.

Collaboration is key as you will work closely with IT, Systems, and Marketing teams to troubleshoot test rig issues and ensure promotions are ready for launch. Additionally, you will support the readiness for the R10 till rollout by applying existing promotional testing processes within the new system, ensuring promotions scan correctly in live stores.

Experience
Experience in retail systems testing or promotional validation is advantageous but not explicitly required. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are essential.
