About the Role
We are seeking a Retention CRM Manager to join Runna on a 12-month parental leave cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing retention strategies through customer relationship management initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement, optimize retention campaigns, and drive long-term loyalty. Experience
Proven experience in CRM management, customer retention strategies, and campaign execution. Strong background in data-driven marketing and customer lifecycle management is essential.

Qualifications
