As a Revenue Management Analyst within our Commercial team, you will play a key role in monitoring and implementing Eurostar’s commercial strategy and objectives. Your main responsibility will be to develop and execute the appropriate revenue management strategy to deliver the right price at the right time for every train within your scope of responsibility. This role offers strong autonomy, allowing you to make pricing decisions and adjust strategies within a defined framework, directly impacting the financial performance of the business. You will manage a route or portfolio of routes and report to the Revenue Manager responsible for your area. This is a permanent position based in London with hybrid working arrangements. Experience
- Experience in Revenue Management within tourism, transportation, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven ability to manipulate data and strong analytical skills.
- Experience with Revenue Management systems.
- Strong Excel skills required; Power BI skills desirable.

- Organised and methodical approach to work.
- Ability to work independently making route management decisions as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive in monitoring performance and sharing insights to influence strategy.
- Comfortable managing availability for promotions and offers to maximise load factor and minimise distressed inventory.
- Able to support continuous improvement of reporting and KPI frameworks.
- Experience overseeing group booking authorisations and collaborating closely with Sales to protect revenue integrity.
