About the Role
Cledara helps businesses take control of their software subscriptions by providing visibility of software spend, cutting excess costs, and streamlining administrative tasks. Our platform allows companies to focus on what matters most: growing their business. With over 1,000 customers globally, we are recognized as a leader in the SaaS management space. In February 2026, G2 named Cledara one of the Best UK Software Companies, following our success in the G2 Winter 2025 Report where we earned 16 badges for SaaS Spend and SaaS Operations Management. Our high ratings for usability and customer relationships underscore our commitment to a powerful yet user-friendly product. We are a product-led company with a clear vision, backed by tier 1 investors including Notion Capital, Nauta Capital, Anthemis, and CommerzVentures. We have a market-leading product with a proven track record and a collaborative team with a high-performance culture. We believe in working hard so we can learn quickly and get better.
Our Go-To-Market engine is growing, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our Revenue Operations. Joining a lean, fast-moving team, you’ll have full scope to assess our current setup, identify friction, and level up our revenue operations. You won’t just be maintaining legacy systems or running routine updates - you’ll have the opportunity to build the infrastructure that directly scales our revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assess and fix bottlenecks by analyzing end-to-end GTM processes, spotting inefficiencies, and designing solutions that help our Sales team move faster.
- Build and innovate by bringing fresh ideas such as new tools, AI, and best practices from previous roles. Think outside the box to introduce high-impact workflows and automations to improve sales efficiency and quota attainment.
- Define modern operations by acting as a strategic partner to leadership with a clear, well-reasoned view of what top-tier revenue operations should look like today.
- Automate and optimize by maintaining a clean, scalable CRM architecture, automating manual day-to-day tasks, and delivering actionable insights through intuitive dashboards.
Experience
- Proven ability to analyze complex operational challenges and build data-informed solutions.
- Strong understanding of modern Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and revenue operations.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-velocity environments where work has immediate visibility and impact.
About you
- Analytical and solution-oriented, naturally breaking down challenges into clear steps.
- Opinionated on GTM strategy with a willingness to challenge existing processes to drive performance.
- Relentlessly curious, eager to understand how systems work under the surface and ask "why" before building "how."
- Energized and growth-minded, thriving in environments where your work directly impacts business growth.
- A hands-on builder who enjoys mapping processes, building automations, and shipping tools that empower sales and revenue operations teams.
Qualifications
- While specific qualifications are not listed, a strong background in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields is implied.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a lean team.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and automation tools is highly desirable.
