Single fuel - £39,683 per annum (if based within the M25)

Dual Fuel - £45,538 plus £2,000 attendance and safety bonus per annum (if based within the M25)

About the Role
At M Group Energy, we deliver essential infrastructure services in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering, and home decarbonisation. As a Revenue Protection Officer within our Metering team, you will investigate, detect, and prevent gas and electricity theft in residential and commercial properties. You will ensure installations are made safe and collaborate with suppliers to determine further actions. Your role includes collecting evidence and providing information to clients to support decision-making.
You will also be involved in debt recovery work, which may include metering tasks such as installing SMART meters or de-energising/disconnecting supplies.

This role offers career progression opportunities. Previous experience in revenue protection or conflict management is useful but not essential. You will receive full training on revenue protection, conflict management, and upskilling to become a qualified dual fuel engineer if joining on a non-technical or single fuel basis.

Experience
Previous experience as a Revenue Protection Officer or in conflict management is advantageous but not essential. A strong customer service background with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations is required.
