About the Role
Birdie Care is seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Manager to lead and oversee the company’s risk management and compliance functions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust risk management frameworks and compliance policies to ensure the organisation meets all regulatory requirements and operates with the highest standards of governance. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify potential risks, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard the company’s reputation and assets.

Experience
Proven experience in risk management and compliance within a regulated environment. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Experience in developing and implementing risk frameworks and compliance programs.

About you
Detail-oriented and analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communicator capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team. High level of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications
A relevant professional qualification in risk management, compliance, or a related field is preferred. Examples include CISRM, ICSA, or equivalent certifications.
