About the Role
As a Rituals Advisor, you are an essential part of our store team. You engage directly with customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on the perfect products to match. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable experience. Being a Rituals Advisor means representing a luxury brand with many exciting opportunities for career growth. Working closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will achieve both your personal goals and the store’s objectives. You will interact with customers daily, ensuring a ‘best in class’ customer experience. Additionally, you will follow store operational and safety procedures and maintain the store’s cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.

Experience
Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
