About the Role
Broadwick is an international company headquartered in London, creating, developing, owning, and operating a diverse portfolio of spaces, events, and experiences. We redefine how people experience music, art, culture, and recreation by breaking down traditional barriers. Our heritage is rooted in music, having built a portfolio of 20 global festivals before focusing on venues such as Printworks London, Depot Mayfield Manchester, Exhibition White City, Landing Forty Two, Magazine London, and Landing Canary Wharf.

Landing Canary Wharf is the second venue in Broadwick’s Landing Collection, combining architectural elegance, refined hospitality, and state-of-the-art AV technology. The venue features a private waterside terrace with panoramic views across Eden Dock and accommodates up to 450 guests. It hosts a wide range of events including leadership summits, conferences, brand launches, receptions, and private dinners.

As Sales and Events Manager, you will report to the Senior Sales and Events Manager and work closely with the Head of Space to deliver and execute sales strategies. You will manage day-to-day enquiries, lead sales growth initiatives, and be accountable for sales performance targets and KPIs for your spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Deliver sales strategies with support from the sales team, including diary management, identifying new events and markets, CRM data recording, business development, and proactive sales relationship management. Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs. Negotiate contracts confidently to meet conversion KPIs. Conduct site visits with clients, explain venue options, identify upselling opportunities, and coordinate logistics.

Marketing: Collaborate with the line manager, central marketing team, and space leaders to deliver data-driven marketing strategies. Monitor marketing KPIs and act as a brand guardian to grow the venue’s brand.

Finance: Ensure compliance with Broadwick policies, raise event invoices, manage debt, reconcile events with operations, and provide reports as required.

Operations: Work with operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
