About the Role
Join Sézane, the first French fashion brand born online, rooted in quality, creativity, and intention. We are looking for a Full Time Sales Assistant (M/F) to join our retail teams starting in August. This role can be permanent or fixed-term (mid/end August 2026 to early January 2027). Reporting to the Store Director, you will deliver a unique customer experience by prioritizing customers, embodying the Sézane spirit through impeccable presentation, and welcoming customers with generosity and empathy. You will identify customer desires, introduce the brand and its diverse product universes, and act as an ambassador for our omnichannel approach. You will develop in-depth knowledge of the brand and products, proactively suggest actions to enhance the customer experience, and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for maintaining the brand image by applying merchandising standards, checking product labeling, participating in merchandising implementation, and ensuring an inspiring shopping environment. Operationally, you will apply Sézane policies and procedures, process transactions, handle returns, exchanges and reservations, assist in staffing decisions, and ensure proper inventory management. As a team player, you will contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment and support the brand’s commitments.

Experience
Previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, restaurants, sales, events or similar customer-facing roles is valued but not mandatory. Enthusiasm for customer relations is essential.

You have a strong sense of service, excellent presentation skills, and a keen sensitivity to fashion. You possess team spirit and a desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and motivating environment. You are energetic and dislike boredom, thriving in dynamic settings.
