About the Role
Join Sézane, the first French fashion brand born online, rooted in quality, creativity, and intention. We are looking for creative, organized, and agile talents who share our passion for continuous improvement. As a Part Time Sales Assistant, reporting to the Store Director, you will deliver a unique customer experience by making the customer the priority and embodying the Sézane spirit through impeccable presentation and genuine empathy. You will welcome customers, identify their desires, introduce the brand and its diverse product universes, and be an ambassador for our omnichannel approach. Your role includes handling complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and being knowledgeable about our CSR policy.

You will also ensure the brand image by applying merchandising standards, checking product labeling, participating in merchandising implementation, and maintaining the commercial level of the point of sale. A strong fashion culture will help you make inspiring suggestions to customers.

Operationally, you will apply Sézane policies and procedures, process transactions, handle returns, exchanges, and reservations, participate in staff planning, and ensure proper inventory management.

Team spirit is essential: you will participate in all ancillary tasks, contribute to a positive and harmonious environment, and relay the brand's commitments to create group synergy.

Experience
Previous successful experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or events is a plus but not mandatory. A strong drive for customer relations is essential.
