About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Porsche Retail Group, you will be responsible for understanding each customer’s individual needs and providing tailored solutions to ensure they select the perfect new or pre-owned Porsche vehicle for their lifestyle. You will deliver professional advice and high-quality customer service throughout the enquiry and ordering process, building long-lasting relationships. Your role includes guiding customers from initial contact through to handover, managing financing and contracts, and striving for total customer satisfaction. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the Centre are key aspects of this role. Responsibilities include providing detailed information about vehicles, features, and financing options, conducting product demonstrations and test drives, negotiating prices and terms, identifying new sales leads through networking and referrals, maintaining accurate customer databases, and staying updated on the latest automotive trends and technologies. You will also participate in ongoing training to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge.
Experience
Prior experience in automotive or retail sales is required. Experience working in a large franchised automotive dealership and luxury sales experience are desirable.
About you
You must be over 21 years old and have held a full UK Drivers Licence for a minimum of two years (for insurance purposes). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential. You should be familiar with CRM systems and dealership tools, and possess good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. A basic understanding of financing and leasing options is desirable.
Qualifications
Minimum of a full UK Drivers Licence held for at least two years. Relevant sales experience and strong IT skills are required. Additional qualifications related to automotive sales or finance are advantageous but not mandatory.
