As a Sales & Marketing professional in Commodities Institutional Sales, you will support the daily functions of our EMEA institutional sales team, servicing insurance companies, asset managers, hedge funds, pension funds, and banks. You will help strengthen our presence in the commodity markets, collaborate with trading and structuring teams, and deliver customized solutions to a diverse client base.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide commodities coverage to institutional accounts across EMEA.
- Assist in strengthening our presence with institutional clients in both flow and structured environments.
- Contribute to building a strong presence that challenges competitors in the marketplace.
- Formulate marketing strategies, prospect new accounts, and deliver on coverage targets.
- Assist trading and structuring teams in developing QIS index strategies for customized client solutions.
- Support other parts of the firm in their commodities marketing efforts.
- Become the "first call" for counterparties regarding their commodities needs.
Experience
- Strong knowledge of Commodity Derivatives and/or QIS and index experience.
- Experience supporting institutional clients in commodities sales preferred.
- Familiarity with EMEA markets and client types.
- Experience collaborating with trading and structuring teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect new accounts and deliver on coverage targets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Excellent Excel proficiency and good PowerPoint skills.
This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
