About the Role
As a Salesforce Developer at GoodHabitz, you will write clean code and deliver well-thought-out solutions that support how the company operates. You will use AI-assisted coding tools as part of your daily workflow and balance strong individual work with genuine collaboration — supporting teammates and contributing to shared outcomes. Growth in seniority comes from staying curious about Salesforce, understanding how your work fits the bigger picture, and pushing beyond your current scope.
Your responsibilities will include building and customising Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow to optimise business processes. You will design and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring reliable and secure data synchronisation. Maintaining a scalable, well-structured data model that supports business growth is essential.
You will produce clean, well-documented, testable code with strong test coverage, participate in code reviews and deployment cycles, and design and deploy automation such as Flow, validation rules, and approval processes to streamline operations. Additionally, you will troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and offer technical guidance to stakeholders and fellow developers. Staying current with new Salesforce releases and recommending adoption where useful is also part of the role.
