About the Role
Worldwide Events Group, founded in 2004, is a recognised leader in global MICE and luxury travel, bringing people together through meaningful human-to-human connections. Private Luxury Events delivers world-class experiences to the luxury travel community through brands such as Amour, Private Luxury, TFest, and Ultra, while M&I creates standout events across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas for hospitality professionals.
Salesforce is the operational backbone of the business, supporting commercial, operational, and customer-facing workflows across all brands. We are currently in a period of platform growth, implementing Data Cloud, exploring AI-driven workflows with Salesforce Agentforce, and resolving legacy technical debt to strengthen our foundation.
We are seeking a mid-weight Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact CRM and platform projects. This hands-on role requires scoping, designing, and delivering solutions autonomously while aligning internal stakeholders and managing external MSPs and contractors. You will work closely with the internal CRM Manager, dedicating part of your time to their technical development and growth in a collaborative capacity.
The role supports internal teams including Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, Sales, and Buyer Recruitment. This is an operational Salesforce role rather than marketing-focused, though familiarity with marketing modules is advantageous.
This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months with potential for permanent conversion, reporting to the Head of Event Technology.
Experience
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Flow, Salesforce integration architecture, and working knowledge of Apex
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own projects from brief to delivery independently
- Experience coordinating with external developers, MSPs, or contractors including scoping, quality assurance, and delivery management
- Ability to design scalable, future-proof solutions and clearly communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Agentforce is a strong advantage or a proven ability to quickly learn new Salesforce products
About you
- Collaborative working style with a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and building capability in others
- Comfortable working across diverse internal teams with varying technical literacy levels
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to step in as a developer when needed
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholder communications effectively
Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are required
- Commitment to mentoring and upskilling the internal CRM Manager, dedicating at least 10% of your time to support their Salesforce CRM Admin certification
