As Salesforce is the operational backbone supporting commercial, operational, and customer-facing workflows across all brands, we are in an active period of platform growth. This includes implementing Data Cloud, exploring AI-driven workflows through Salesforce Agentforce, and resolving legacy technical debt to build a stronger foundation.

We are seeking a mid-weight Salesforce Technical Project Manager to own and drive the delivery of high-impact CRM and platform projects. This is a hands-on role requiring autonomy in scoping, designing, and delivering solutions while aligning internal stakeholders and managing external MSPs and contractors.

You will work closely with the internal CRM Manager, supporting their technical development in a collaborative capacity. Internal teams served include Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, Sales, and Buyer Recruitment. This role focuses on operational Salesforce functions rather than marketing, though familiarity with marketing modules is a plus.

Reporting to the Head of Event Technology, your responsibilities will include end-to-end project delivery, quality assurance, stakeholder communication, designing technically sound solutions using Flow and Salesforce integration architecture, resolving technical debt, managing Data Cloud implementation, and driving adoption of Salesforce Agentforce Coworker.

This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work across multiple concurrent workstreams to meet delivery milestones.

Experience
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Flow and Salesforce integration architecture.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to own projects from brief to delivery independently.
- Experience coordinating with external developers, MSPs, or contractors, including scoping work, reviewing quality, and maintaining delivery timelines.
- Familiarity with Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and/or Agentforce is a strong advantage.

Qualifications
