About the Role
As a Salon Manager with a senior stylist background, you will combine hands-on hair expertise with leadership responsibilities in a dynamic Beauty Studio environment. The studio offers a full hair salon service alongside a wide range of beauty treatments including brow and lash treatments, manicures, pedicures, lash extensions, and spray tanning. We proudly work with trusted professional beauty brands such as Beauty by Ellie, Mylee, Studex, Lash Perfect, Schwarzkopf, and Framesi to deliver the highest quality service to our customers.

In this role, you will lead and motivate a team of stylists and beauty specialists to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards. You will manage team performance, schedule rotas, and oversee ongoing training and development to maintain high levels of expertise and professionalism. Ensuring every client leaves with "That Superdrug Feeling" is key, as is handling any queries or complaints with professionalism and care.

You will promote cross-selling opportunities by encouraging the team to upsell in-store products and highlight the full range of Beauty Studio services. Additionally, you will take responsibility for stock management including ordering and inventory control to ensure sufficient supplies are available. Delivering outstanding consultations, particularly for colour services, and leading by example in customer engagement, technical service, and professional standards are essential aspects of this role.

Experience
Proven management experience with the ability to inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing team. A strong background in hairdressing is essential.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Hairdressing (minimum) is required, with Level 4 desirable.
