About the Role
The London Metropolitan University's Graduate Success team is seeking a School Employability Partner to collaborate with academic partners in the Guildhall School of Business and Law. You will support and advise on the design and delivery of effective employability activities embedded within the curriculum. This role also involves providing advice and guidance to empower current students and recent graduates to develop the skills and access the resources necessary to plan and manage their careers effectively, securing appropriate employment or further study opportunities. The position reflects the University's commitment to equity, social inclusion, and transforming lives through education, serving a diverse community and contributing to London’s social and economic fabric.

Requirements

Experience
Experience in employability, career development, or related roles within higher education or similar sectors is desirable. Proven ability to work collaboratively with academic teams to embed employability within curricula is essential.

You are passionate about supporting student success and career readiness, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion is fundamental to your approach.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in employability, career development, education, or related fields is preferred.
