About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Catering Manager who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. You will confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Chartwells on a full-time basis. As a Catering Manager, you will ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly while delivering truly incredible food experiences. You will prepare delicious food to the highest standards and supervise culinary and catering teams to maintain impeccable food and customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing inventories, monitoring budgets, implementing action plans, and regularly communicating with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets. You will represent Compass Group UK&I positively, identify opportunities for new food or service concepts to drive sales, and liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations. Supporting and training teams, leading by example, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams will be key to your success. Experience
Minimum of two years catering experience with proven team management in a similar role.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 1 & 2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2. Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
