About the Role
Are you ready to make an impact in a client-facing business area? As an Analyst or Associate in Structuring & Originations within the Securitized Products Group, you will contribute to the origination and structuring of innovative financing solutions. You will collaborate with a diverse range of clients including specialist lenders, FinTech companies, corporates, banks, hedge funds, private equity sponsors, and asset managers, as well as internal teams. This role offers exposure to analytical risk analysis, commercial negotiation, and deal execution in a dynamic environment.

You will support the origination and financing of portfolios of loans and receivables and assist in structuring and distributing bonds backed by various collateral types. Key responsibilities include preparing and updating marketing presentations for client meetings, analysing and modelling collateral data and cash flow models, reviewing deal documentation and collateral audits, and assisting syndicate and sales teams in distribution to institutional investors.

Note: This is a private-side origination and structuring role, not a sales or trading position, with similarities to traditional Investment Banking roles.

Experience
Knowledge of the financial industry and debt capital markets, including an understanding of technical concepts. Experience with analytical risk analysis, cash flow modelling, and commercial negotiation is advantageous.

About you
Detail-oriented and eager to learn with strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, time management, organisational abilities, and relationship-building skills. Adaptable to demanding and evolving responsibilities with a strong work ethic. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Alteryx, and AI tools.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Familiarity with Intex and working proficiency in a European language (in addition to English) are preferred but not required.
