About the Role
Are you passionate about real estate and eager to launch your career in a dynamic lending environment? As an Analyst in our Real Estate Finance team within the Securitized Products Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of property classes and clients, supporting secured lending, syndication, and securitisation solutions. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, develop your analytical skills, and help deliver innovative real estate solutions.
In this role, you will screen and research real estate loan opportunities across EMEA, support the structuring and execution of loan proposals, and provide market research to inform recommendations. You will assist with financial modelling, real estate underwriting, and the preparation of deal proposals for internal committees. Coordination with internal teams including credit, valuation, and middle office will be essential to deliver high-quality real estate solutions for a diverse client base.

Experience
- Experience working with a variety of property classes, including office, retail, logistics, and multi-family residential
- Familiarity with lending against operating businesses where real estate is a key factor
- Experience in structured finance
- Strong data handling skills and advanced financial modelling capabilities
- Sound judgement and experience in risk analysis
- Robust questioning and negotiating skills

This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and, where appropriate, approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
