About the Role
As a Senior Analyst at Costello Medical, you will take a leading role across a variety of MedTech projects, working alongside project teams to ensure delivery of exceptionally high-quality work. You will own client projects, provide strategic advice, and support and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time. Your responsibilities will include delivering cross-divisional MedTech projects spanning value & access, evidence development, and medical communications. This involves developing innovative approaches to evidence generation, value messaging, and market access, especially for technologies where traditional clinical or economic endpoints may not fully capture their benefit.
You will work across diverse client accounts, disease areas, and technologies, including medical and surgical devices, diagnostics, imaging solutions, and digital health innovations. Project types include health economic modelling, value dossiers, advisory boards, and strategic communication materials.
In addition to project delivery, you will contribute to long-term client partnerships and support business development initiatives by leading and contributing to project proposals and pitches, identifying opportunities to expand work with existing clients, and exploring potential new client accounts. As you progress, you will take increasing ownership of business development activities, including independently building and managing your own pipeline of work.
The role ideally commences in September or October 2026, but start dates are available throughout the year. Applicants will be asked to state their availability on the application form.
Application deadlines are as follows: applications close Sunday 19th July, telephone interviews on Thursday 23rd and Friday 24th July, assessment completion deadline Friday 31st July, and final interviews during the week of Monday 17th August.
