About the Role
As one of the world's leading independent global investment firms, Invesco is dedicated to rethinking possibilities for our clients by delivering the combined power of our distinctive investment management capabilities. Join our London-based Real Estate Investment team as a Senior Associate, Fund Analyst, playing a central role in managing IREEF, our flagship pan-European diversified real estate fund. This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle including transactions, asset management, financing, portfolio strategy, and investor reporting. You will be responsible for fund and portfolio analysis, supporting underwriting and transactions, reviewing asset management plans, contributing to fund strategy, and assisting with investor reporting. This is more than a modelling role; we seek an intellectually curious, commercially minded professional who can transform complex analysis into meaningful investment insights and influence key investment decisions.

Experience
- Several years of relevant experience in real estate investment, fund management, valuation, advisory, or related fields (exceptional candidates considered outside this range)
- Strong financial modelling and underwriting skills
- Excellent Excel capabilities including cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
- Solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and valuation drivers
- Exposure to European real estate markets is advantageous
- Experience with Argus or Forbury is helpful but not essential

Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong academic track record
- CFA, RICS, or CAIA qualifications or progress towards them are a plus
