About the Role
As one of the world's leading independent global investment firms, Invesco is dedicated to rethinking possibilities for our clients. By delivering the combined power of our distinctive investment management capabilities, we provide a wide range of investment strategies and vehicles to clients worldwide. If you're looking for challenging work, intelligent colleagues, and exposure across a global footprint, come explore your potential at Invesco.

Your role will be to provide a timely, accurate and high-quality Investor Relations and product support service to Invesco Real Estate clients, Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and Distribution colleagues. This hands-on role combines investor-facing product support, client-ready reporting, and the accurate coordination of recurring investor servicing, data and operational processes.

You will work within the Invesco Private Markets EMEA Product team to ensure exceptional service delivery to clients. Acting as a point of contact, you will support direct requests from investors and prospects, assist CPMs, the wider IRE team, and Distribution colleagues with prompt responses to qualitative and quantitative information requests. You will prepare clear, client-ready information on the firm's direct real estate fund products for institutional investors, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include providing bespoke reports for selective clients, supporting efficiency improvements across reporting and investor servicing processes, managing investor communications and governance materials, coordinating investor lifecycle events with Transfer Agents and other internal teams, and maintaining accurate investor, fund and distribution data across relevant systems such as Investran, Viaduct and Salesforce.

You will also support the production and maintenance of recurring data sets and management information covering AUM, personnel, transactions, capital raising, client activity, fee status and other key metrics. Collaboration with the wider IRE business, Marketing and support teams to improve reporting quality, data management and workflow processes is essential. Liaising with IRE's global Investor Relations and Product Management teams to ensure consistency and coordination of client relationship management is also part of the role.

All activities must align with Invesco's Conduct principles.
