About the Role
Join Notting Hill Genesis (NHG) as a Senior BI Analyst, where you will combine 60% UX/UI design expertise with 40% advanced BI analytics to transform how data drives social housing innovation. In this hybrid role, you will lead user-centred design for Power BI dashboards and visualisations, conducting UX research, analysis, and evaluation to create seamless, accessible interfaces that anticipate user needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Utilising your deep experience in user experience design—including wireframing intuitive data flows and prototyping with tools such as Axure RP alongside user testing—you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex stakeholder requirements into ethical, privacy-focused BI solutions that are both insightful and effortless to use. Your hands-on Power BI skills will enable you to manipulate and cleanse data, build scalable Azure-integrated prototypes, and mentor junior analysts on UX best practices.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that empower effective decision-making across NHG. Working independently and collaboratively, you will lead the creation of data visualisations and analytical models using Power BI and Azure technologies, while promoting best practices in analytics, data quality, and reporting.

Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting BI issues proactively, championing data ethics and quality, supporting NHG’s analytics roadmap, and fostering BI capability growth across the organisation.
