About the Role
At CGI, you'll help shape the future of Asset Finance by delivering business analysis that drives meaningful business and technology transformation. As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work with leading organisations to solve complex challenges, improve customer outcomes, and deliver measurable value. You will collaborate with talented colleagues in an environment that encourages ownership, innovation, and continuous development.

Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, define requirements, and support successful Asset Finance transformation programmes. You will facilitate workshops, analyse processes, create high-quality business analysis artefacts, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Working across the full project lifecycle, you will support solution design, user acceptance testing, and business change while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer experience. Key duties include:
- Facilitating workshops and gathering business requirements
- Analysing and documenting business, functional and data requirements
- Producing user stories, process maps, use cases and acceptance criteria
- Collaborating with business and technical teams throughout delivery
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Supporting solution validation, testing and business sign-off
- Managing requirement changes, risks and dependencies
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience
- Strong requirements gathering and facilitation skills
- Experience creating user stories, process maps and business requirements
- Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Asset Finance experience across lending or leasing products (preferred)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio or Azure DevOps (desirable)

You are an excellent communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information. You have a passion for delivering successful business change and thrive working collaboratively in dynamic environments.

Qualifications
- BCS, IIBA or similar Business Analysis certification (desirable)
